Description
Crispy chips, fried in vegetable oil, of the ketale pohon or cassava (also known as yucca), an oblong tuberous root from Indonesia. Because of its salty sweet spicy flavour, an ideal and particularly special alternative for potato crisps or krupuk. Very nice as a snack or with drinks, but also ideal as a side dish to complement the main dish.
Ingredients: fried slices of the ketale pohon (cassava, yucca), salt, sugar, spices, vegetable oil.
