Krupuk Gendar

White rice crackers fried in vegetable oil. Krupuk gendar is lighter and more brittle than 'regular' krupuk, which is made of a combination of tapioca flour and prawns. Because of its neutral flavour, krupuk gendar can easily be served at parties, with drinks and as a perfect side dish to the main meal.

Ratu Culinair Krupuk Gendar will keep for minimally 6 months, if stored cool and dry in sealed package.
